Who is ACA for?
For those men and women who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional homes, there is an organization that encourages you to seek freedom from your past and to improve your life today. The organization is called Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA).

What is ACA?
Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA) is a self-supporting organization whose main goal is to help those who have been affected by growing up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional home. Based on using the traditional 12 steps as a guiding force, members actively engage in self-recovery. Your anonymity at meetings is important and like AA, they are not affiliated with any government, religious, or other institutions. All meetings are free, require no membership or dues, and are located throughout the USA as well as worldwide.

ACA meetings can be available 7 days a week depending on your location.

Why is ACA important?
ACA plays a critical role in the recovery from your neglected childhood. Learn the important skills and methods needed to “re-parent” yourself. Listen to other’s stories and experiences. Build a personal support network of those you can count on in a time of need.
